OLIZ

OLIZ, a contemporary Ukrainian brand exploring the intersection of fashion, textile heritage, and art through limited collections of scarves and womenswear, designed and produced in Kyiv.

Founded in 2017 by designer Khrystyna Oliiarnyk, OLIZ began with a personal story: a collection of vintage Ukrainian scarves inherited from her grandmother Maria. Traditionally, scarves and shawls held a special place in Ukrainian culture, often passed from generation to generation as treasured personal objects. Through OLIZ, this heritage is reinterpreted for the modern wardrobe, while also contributing to the revival of scarf making in Ukraine.

Art remains central to the brand’s identity. OLIZ collaborates with leading Ukrainian museums and contemporary artists, transforming artworks into wearable objects through carefully developed prints on silk scarves and garments. The collections move between fashion and art piece, combining craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and contemporary design.

Despite the ongoing war in Ukraine, OLIZ continues to operate from its home city Kyiv, where both design and production take place. All pieces are produced in small quantities with a strong focus on craftsmanship, materials, and detail.
